That's day 1...

Well this morning started with a 2 mile walk around my neighborhood at 5:45am. Motivation level was ok for the first morning. I had a cup of coffee with cream and equal, along with an English muffin with a little butter. When I got to school, I weighed in as normal on Fridays until school ends for our first Biggest Loser contest. As predicted last night, I weighed in at an obese (according to the Wii Fit) 228lbs. I took some time this morning to look over the Jillian Michaels day 1 workout so that I could complete it afterschool. For lunch I went down to KFC and tried their new grilled chicken, with green beans and corn on the cob as my sides. As the end of the day approached, I changed my mind about going to the gym, and had planned on working out at home instead. Through a change of plans, the workout was skipped. We ended up at Logan's Roadhouse for dinner where I had a Logan's Deluxe Burger with mashed potatoes. The real thing that bothers me is that I did not even think about what I was putting in my mouth until after the fact. Since my wedding day, I have put on 28 lbs. It is my goal to get the weight off.

Date: 5/1/09
Current Weight: 228lbs.
Exercise: 2 mile walk
Breakfast: Coffee, English Muffin w/butter
Lunch: Grilled chicken, green beans, corn on the cob, biscuit eaten on the way back to school.
Dinner: Cheeseburger w/bacon, mushrooms, barbecue sauce, ketchup, lots of fat and mashed potatoes.

Where does it begin...

It is April 30th at 9:32pm, and I am watching the biggest loser episode from earlier this week. Tonight I had a meeting at my school, and on my way home I stopped to get a Sesame Chicken combination plate with a small order of Wonton soup. We had a luncheon to day at school where I had two plates of seasoned ground turkey, with cheese, sour cream and chips. FAT! My current weight is 228 pounds. Tomorrow is another day, and I want to get up and run in the morning before going for coffee, and go to the gym tomorrow after school. I will let you know how it goes.
